Cancelling a pre-order
Pre-orders of Unlock Yourself and The 7 Keys Journal can be cancelled at any time before preparation of your order for shipping begins.
Shipping preparation means packing your individual order for dispatch. Taking payment alone does not mean shipping preparation has begun.
In-stock orders
For books and journals that are in stock, you can request cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order, provided preparation of your order for shipping has not begun. Both conditions must be met.
How to request cancellation
Email indira.liveloveflow@gmail.com with the subject “Order cancellation”. The conditions above are assessed at the time you send your request, rather than the time of the reply.
Include the name used for the purchase, the product title, the payment date, and your order number or transaction reference if available. Say whether you wish to cancel the entire order or specific items.
You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or bank login details.
Refunds after cancellation
Once cancellation is confirmed, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the original payment method. The refund will be initiated without unnecessary delay; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.
Pre-orders and delays
Before paying, confirm availability, shipping costs, and expected dispatch. A book or journal release date is not a delivery date.
If the expected dispatch is delayed, you will be notified of the revised timing and offered the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. These cancellation windows and conditions do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
