Who is responsible for your information

What I collect and why
- Messages and enquiries: the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you enter in the contact form are used to reply and follow up on your enquiry.
- Orders: purchase and transaction details, plus the contact and delivery information you provide, are used to arrange your order, shipping, support, and cancellations.
- Newsletter: your email address and any other details you choose to enter in the signup form are used to send letters, book news, and workshop announcements.
- Technical information: service providers may process IP addresses, browser, usage, and cookie information to operate, secure, and measure their services.
Providing information is your choice, but the relevant contact details are needed to answer an enquiry or arrange an order. Please do not put card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in your messages.
Services used
- FormSubmit forwards contact submissions to my Gmail inbox. It may use an anti-spam security check. See the FormSubmit privacy notice (PDF) and Google Privacy Policy.
- Kit manages the newsletter form, subscriber list, and email delivery. Depending on service settings, it may process delivery, email-open, and link-click information. See Kit’s subscriber data processing terms and Kit’s privacy policy.
- Stripe and Venmo handle payments on their own pages. This website does not have its own card-entry form. Information needed to identify your payment is available through the chosen payment service. See Stripe’s privacy policy and Venmo’s privacy statement.
- Hosting and delivery: hosting providers process the technical requests needed to display the website; shipping services receive the details needed to deliver your order.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Their notices and agreements describe their data practices, safeguards, and international transfers. Contact me for further information about processing that relates to you.
Use and retention
Information is used to answer your requests and fulfil orders; newsletters are sent with your consent. Where applicable, processing is based on a contract or steps you request before a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting services.
Information is kept for as long as needed for these purposes. The period depends on whether an enquiry has been resolved, an order and related support are complete, and legal recordkeeping requirements. Newsletter information is kept while you are subscribed; a limited unsubscribe record may be retained to respect your choice.
Your rights and requests
Email indira.liveloveflow@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may also have rights to a portable copy, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Your identity may need to be verified before acting on a request.
You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Deletion of some records may be limited by transaction recordkeeping or other legal obligations.
